Sorry you are experiencing this.

A few thoughts:

You can block that buyer from buying more by adding him to your BBL.

Click on Site Map, Sell, Block Bidder/Buyer List, add the id there, hit submit, check to be sure it took

You can set up your automatic block to block buyers from purchasing x amount of items in x amount of time.

You can list fixed price, immediate payment required.

You can file a UID (UPI) Unpaid Item Dispute after 48 hrs for each transaction, and close it after 96 hrs, buyer gets a strike, you get your fees back.

If buyer gets two strikes, they cannot buy from the many sellers who block buyers with two strikes in a year, for a year.

Set up your automatic block to block those with two strikes in year, for a year.

Good Luck.  This should fix your issues.  Now you can stay!Smiley Happy

Are  you blocking buyers who have two unpaid item strikes in twelve months?

Are you filing and closing unpaid item disputes on buyers who don't pay?

If you are not, you are part of the problem.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

Hi. You can also block buyers based on the number of items they have purchased from you in the last 10 days (which might interest you so something like this doesnt happen again). You can choose the number of items they can purchase during that 10 day window. Here's the link with all the info:

https://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/buyer-requirements.html

The policy states the following:

"You can block buyers from bidding on or purchasing your items by specifying buyer requirements. You can block buyers who:
Don't have a PayPal account
Have unpaid items recorded on their account
Have a primary shipping address in countries you don't want to ship to
Have violated eBay policies
Have a Feedback score lower than the number you specify
Are currently winning or have bought 1-100 of your items in the last 10 days (you can specify the number)..."

" Give me your opinions please to forty-o would love to hear from you"

You have asked several times in the past two years yet it would seem you ignore the replies & never return to any thread you start.

Leaving eBay may be a wise decision.

I am not frustrated because all of my items are set up for Immediate Payment. Haven't had a non-payer for several years, even on an occasional auction sale, they have all paid, usually within 24 hours. Buyers are not my enemy, I appreciate each and every one.

I have stopped using auctions and best offer in most of my listings long time ago because i was facing problems with buyers that do not pay. I had opened lot of unpaid item cases because this was the only way to make the buyer pay or give him a strike and get fees back. Moreover unpaid items cannot be relisted same day. So i decided to go with fixed price solution which may sells less but at least i know money are paid right away.

@forty-o  If you are selling Fix Priced items check the "immediate payment required" box.  Buyer has to pay immediately upon ordering.  If its an Auction you have to either wait or process UPIs when you think it makes sense.
