My own buyers' IDs are disguised on my Feedback Left for Others tab?

Has this been going for a while and I only just noticed this? While going through my own feedback page, I was going to search my Feedback Left for Others entries to see if I had left feedback for a particular buyer in the past, and now discovered that all my buyers' IDs are disguised. 

I know that they're disguised when viewing the Left for Others comments in the feedback pages of other eBay users, but not my own. What in the world is this for?

P.S. I checked my buying account for comparison, and my Feedback Left for Others (where I was the buyer and they were the sellers) does not show disguised seller IDs.

I don’t think I’ve ever looked at feedback left for others.  Who I and didn’t leave feedback for is in the sellers hub… but I looked just now...  And yes, the ID’s are in disguise.  Good thing I don’t need them.

I would think the reason is that eBay doesn’t want to make it easy for sellers to contact buyers through ebay after a certain period of time. …

If I'm not mistaken, the same thing happened last year and it was determined to be an error that eBay fixed within a couple days. If I have time this weekend I'll look for the old discussion.

I hadn't noticed it until I saw this post and checked my own feedback left for others. On our own page, we should be able to see the buyer IDs just as we can on our feedbacks as a seller. 

I'm hoping it's a glitch that will self-fix.

Thank you for posting about this as I have meant to. This started a few weeks ago.  It is the most ridiculous of numerous ridiculous ideas eBay has had, though one OP here said it has happened before a year or two ago, determined to be an error and fixed, but this has now dragged on for weeks, so maybe eBay has no intent to fix it.

I have lots of repeat customers, I need to see who I most recently left feedback for and who not yet, there are multiple reasons we the seller NEED to see who we have left feedback for, so disguising OUR OWN feedback to our own customers is so idiotic it defies any logic.  

eBay policy makers and tech people, please fix this ASAP.

Feedback left for others is a great tool for sellers when looking at a buyer.  Especially if a buyer has left you bad feedback or something.  You can look at what they left for others to see if this is a regular thing they do to other sellers.  It can be very enlightening.
