It will be very simple.
- No Best Offers
- No Free Shipping
- No Returns
- No Promoted Listings
I willing to try it for a year, I have nothing to lose, the more I comply, the less I sell, so I am revolting.

It really does seem that way, I know the more I follow EBAY's direction and advice, The less I sell.
I am also a small seller and can't afford all the perks other larger sellers can offer.

The only thing on your list you cannot get around is no returns. That one is out of our control, everything is returnable now whether we say no returns or not.
Keep us posted on how it goes!

Good strategy except for the no returns part. That one you have no choice but to use when a buyer receives an item not as described. On the other hand if you show good pictures and write good descriptions 99% of the time it won't be an issue.

It is not about what you will not do, but what you will offer buyers to attract them to your listings rather than your competitors'
All the former will get you is crickets.

I have to and will accept returns for INAD's but won't accept and pay for "I didn't like it" " I was hoping/thinking" "my girlfriend just bought me the same model" "saw the same on monkey TV for $10 less".

Don't get too concerned about "no returns." Depending upon your business model, it might be the right choice. I've used that for years, and have very few people try to rip me off with false SNAD cases. It happens once in awhile, but with what I sell (used items), it makes sense to have a "no returns" policy and deal with the once-in-a-great-while false SNAD. I think it cuts down on bids or purchases from a lot of people who aren't completely serious about buying, which is fine with me.

Then why out of spite make even more decisions that will drive buyers away?

The real question here is, why complying with all the rules didn't drive more buyers to my store?

---------
That question can only be adequately answered
by being able to see and view your store.
And yes, I have a posting ID too,
so I know the reason.

I don't think you are revolting. A bit intense, perhaps...

I've had exactly one return request in Calendar year 2018. I didn't get return requests before, And I don't get them since switching.
