Are you all signed up and confirmed for Managed Payments?

Have you signed on for managed payments via Payoneer? You just signed on to Ebay yesterday, then you have to be approved by Ebay. If you haven't signed on don't try to list anything else as it could lead you to a suspension before you even sell anything.

I don't see any items on the us site. You only signed up yesterday. I doubt ebay can confirm your banking information in one day. I don't know how it is in UK, but here there is no banking business on Sundays. You should probably wait several days to make sure, that your account is active and then start listing new items.

should i take off my listing of eBay to protect my account

If you only ship to the UK and look up your listings on .com (where you are posting), they will not show up.

Registered in the UK since 11/12/22. Not sure of any Payoneer connection for a UK-registered seller.

You just signed up yesterday, but "no more is getting listed for a few months or so now"? What does that mean?

Creating a listing, then checking off "payments managed by ebay".
DOES NOT mean you are set up with managed payments.

You are posting on a mostly US community discussion forum. You're located in the UK. You may be better served if you tap into your community forum in your country. We cannot see your listings to give any advice or help:
Happy Selling!
