My listings are not showing up in my store or search results...

Hi, i'm a new seller and recently created an ebay store, is it normal for listings to not show up in my store or search results? It's been 12 hours since I listed them and they are no where to be found. I contacted customer support and they said my listings should be up within 24 hours... i've sold on ebay in the past and this has never happened before.

WHen I search for Israel Adesanya vs Alex Pereira 2 KO Poster ...yours two items are the top two.

Yeah, it seems like some type of glitch, when i listed more items, the previous listings started to appear within minutes.
