I have a five star rating and I use the exact same title and everything else as the other listing so please **bleep** IS GPING ON

I ran a search using "the exact same title" as your $49 listing and didn't come up with any $150 $30 shipping items. What came up is in the same ballpark as yours, give or take. Please provide link.
How do you see the number of watchers on someone else's listing? Is that something in the app which I don't use?
I see you with a 2 feedback and no "five star ratings". Are you selling a $49 free shipping item with a different ID?
There's a guy with way more feedback and 5 star ratings on all his metrics selling the same item for $33.99 free shipping. He's sold 4 of the 5 he has listed... perhaps the answer to your question lies in that area, and that of trust?

It appears that at least two other sellers have the exact same new item for lower prices. These sellers have higher feedback scores than you. They also have or had multiples of the same item to start with.
I searched U.S. sellers of this item and the highest priced offering was $62.99 plus $8.99 shipping.
There are also some pre owned offerings for less than your price.
What's the takeaway? You have a very low feedback score. Other sellers have promoted listings and higher feedback scores. Before you list when you do price comparisons be sure to check U.S. only and Lowest price + shipping for results. Then check 'sold" listings for a reality check of what the actual selling prices are averaging.

Hang in there. Your price is good, not the best, and you have zero feedback as a seller, and only two feedback comments as a buyer. Starting out is the hardest part! If you provide good product, service, and pricing, sales will get easier, but it takes some time.

You are competing against sellers who offer higher feedback scores, and lower prices.

The OP is probably referring to the product rating which appears at the top of his listing.
Yup. I'll continue to look for the guy that's selling a "bunch" of them at $150, $30 shipping with the 80 watchers and "tons of use". perhaps I'm overlooking that as well.

You need to improve your photos. Along with your complete lack of feedback as a seller, they give the impression of a lack of professionalism.

Releasethekraken beat me to it, but I'll say it as well:
The pictures in your listings leave much to be desired. There's so much backgroiund clutter it's hard to tell where it ends and the item begins. The focus is not as sharp as it should be. The lighting is too yellow. This combination gives an overall sort of "dirty" look. Compare your photos to those for identical items offered by other sellers, and you'll see the big difference in appeal.
I hope you take this as the constructive criticism it is. It's very tough to get those first, crucial sales on eBay and good photos matter.

A quick search showed 16 of your Pixar car lot has sold for under $90 and you want $125.

Did he SELL them at $150 or is that just the price now? Some sellers increase the price on an item when they're out of stock so the past sales and watches may not have come from the listing at that price.
