In my Selling summary, I saw that the following details:
You have listed (active) is 43.
Actually, I just listed 15 and all of them were sold.
I could not find 28 remaining items.
It led me not to list anymore.
What should I do now?

Go to your unsold view and see if the unsold items are there then relist them. Then list new items with it. You need to do something about the negative in your feedback, did you attempt to message the buyer? Did you send their item tracked?

Good advice.
The OP also needs to step up their customer service. From the DSRs they are getting there are problems.

agree good customer service is key when selling on eBay. I am in constant contact with my buyers through eBay messages. I advise them of postal delays due to Xmas, they appreciate me letting them know. You can't just ship item and ignore buyers. You want them back in your shop you should be encouraging them to follow your eBay shop. I get many repeat buyers that way.

The 43 is the total listings used for the month, both active and completed. Does this match with your month?
