The comments and the transaction number is there but I don’t have a feedback score. It just says zero. I had excellent feedback score. What happened???

It's based on yearly sales. You haven't sold anything in over a year that's why there are zeros.

A zero feedback score can occur for various reasons, including:
Recent Account Activity: If you haven't had recent transactions or feedback, your score might temporarily show as zero.
Feedback Removed: Sometimes, feedback can be removed by the platform due to policy violations or disputes.
New Account: If you're a new user or just started selling, it might take time to build up your feedback score.
Account Issues: If there are account issues, such as violations or suspensions, it can affect your feedback score.
Technical Glitch: Occasionally, technical glitches can display incorrect feedback scores. It's worth reaching out to customer support for assistance.

Don't get too worried. It will return once you start having some current transaction. If you look at your FB rating closely, it does tell you it is for the past 12 months. It is NOT from the day you started on Ebay like the cumulative number of how many FB you have for your entire time as a member on Ebay.
Hope you have fun returning to using Ebay as a buyer or a seller or both.

Since you have not sold in a year or more, do you have a Managed Payments account?
Don't list until you have one set up.
Without your bank information, eBay cannot transfer payments to your checking account. Default is a Tuesday transfer.
But until you have re-established yourself, your customer payments will be Held against your customer service.
You can still buy shipping labels with the Held funds, and that is one way to be sure you have been paid.
You just won't see the money in your checking account for up to 30 days.
But you can ask for the Hold /restriction to be removed every 30 days.

Good advice, but important to keep in mind, Manage Payments is about three years old for most sellers now. Ebay started taking it site wide in the Summer of 2020 and had completed onboarding everyone by December of 2021.

Did you happen to take a moment and read what the box says on your feedback page. The percentage box clearly states it is for the past 12 month period. So you are fine. Your feedback that is older than 12 months is still there. They didn't go anywhere. I see you have almost 10,000 feedback.
Are you getting ready to become active again? Buying or selling or both?
