My ebay account is suspended for no reason

My account has just been created, only to read policy and study, why is it suspended

You did not give us much information. So, we are all guessing. You would be notified in eBay messages if your account was suspended. What messages did you get? My guess is that you did not submit some identification details within the time specified by eBay. Provide more info so we can be more helpful.

     As others stated not much to work with and obviously this account has not been suspended. Are you talking about another account you have/had? Usually there is a reason an account is suspended and it is most often connected with selling or buying activity and actions. As slippinjimmy stated what did the note from eBay say?

Sorry for your situation, but there is always a reason.  Ebay doesn't randomly suspend accounts just because they have nothing better to do.  If you could return and give some more info as to what you were selling, etc., perhaps some people here can advise and help.

Lots of reasons eBay puts permanent bans on people.    Not saying that happened here but scamming, dishonesty and criminal activity are the top of the list.
