My brain is not quite working can't remember how to do something

Recently I had someone try and purchase a quantity of cards to get a discount but did not purchase them all at one time.  They have not asked but I was hoping to give them the discount for what it looks like they intended to do.  Is there a way I can give that refund without taking a negative on my account - would it be send refund (other adjustment) or would that be a negative on me?

Thanks for the help on how to correctly do that again.

When you combine the order & after shipping the items, then issue a refund here on the ebay system for a combind shipping. It will not count as a negative for you.

Find the order (or orders) in the Seller Hub-Orders, use the pull down on the left, select Refund, choose a reason and an amount.

It would still be combined shipping discount when it is purchase 15 get 5 free and the buyer purchases 19 and than 1 to make 20?  I do post you need to purchase all at once but I would like to be able to extend that discount to a buyer that I do interpret was after that discount.  Just wanted to double check.  Thanks so much for reminding me.  It apparently has been to long since I had one like this.
