My account has been restricted since from long time even eaby dont know why ? Even ebay not able to resolve ..  What should i do to resume  my account ?

What did the email say that they sent you?

     You currently have active listings but you did not provide enough information on the restriction. EBay should have sent you some kind of reason for the restriction and the type of restriction. You are in India, your items show as being in India but you are using USPS ground advantage for shipping?? How is that possible?

A lot of new sellers from Pakistan use USPS also and Ebay doesn't see a problem with it.

I thought it was a policy violation to say your items were located in one location, but your shipping from somewhere else.

     I didn't realize USPS was a shipping option for sellers in India or Pakistan but if it's available to them so much the better.

     As far as item location and shipping location not matching it was also my understanding that that was in violation of policy. 

     Who knows maybe that is the reason for the restriction if there is actually a restriction.
