My SOLD LISTINGS are not showing up when I view my public profile

I've encountered this problem in the past as well.

Basically: Whenever I sell a product in the "video game" category, it's not showing up under my sold listings when I look at it through my public listings LINK (click that). It's also not even showing up when I search for the actual product on it's own sold listings. 

I've called many times, but never get any success with the customer service. 

Anybody know what's wrong?

Sorry, I don't click blind links.  However, some questions:

Are you listing the games on ebay.ca or ebay.com?

Are the listings GTC and/or with multiple quantities and still active?

Are the completed listings older than 15 days or 30 days?

Yes I did-- however the problem is that the game I just sold 2 hrs ago is not showing up though. 

Whenever I sell a game in the video game category, it doesn't show up on my sold listings

I just sold it---it's not showing up. It was listed on EBAY.COM, but it's not on both .CA and .COM

The game is sold on my personal dashboard, but not showing up under my public profile and also not showing up when I search for the actual video game title .
