Not sure what you are talking about.  Are you a seller and have been told you've been banned from eBay?

FYI, when you post here, you're addressing a very large group of eBay buyers and sellers.  We are not able to give you selling again.

I am sure you are not a robber, however perhaps you were selling something on ebay that violated ebay policy or drop shipping from China? I'm not sure as your post doesn't say much more.  Perhaps you should contact ebay customer service for more info.

You were drop shipping from China which you should have not been doing. What does the email from eBay say?

Are you located in Sri Lanka or in China? Your profile shows Sri Lanka but items are in China?

Since you started selling you have been using an illegal Paypal account. Your government does not allow Paypal in Sri Lanka for receiving funds, so you were breaking the law when you lied about your residency for Paypal.

Now the only way you can sell is if you are registered as a business with your government and can then register with Payoneer. But, your past actions have caused your account to be banned and it can not be re-opened.

Actually, although some countries turn a blind eye, counterfeits are illegal everywhere and on every site.

I'm on another selling site (can't say who or Vince will slap my hand) and cannot believe all the counterfeiting and copyright infringements. There are literally millions and yet that particular e-commerce site does nothing to curb it.  It's good to see ebay is actually paying attention to these violations.  Disney doesn't play.

exactly!! there are no guarantees here, if ebay has banned you then there is definitely a problem and what you should do is bring the problem to people for advice, not whining

Hi, I'm sorry your listings were removed and you've been banned from selling.

We can't  look into your account and know the reason. We can see your sold items and your eBay profile and come up with a good guess.

1) "Hello I am a China seller"  No, a China seller is registered in China.  You are a Sri Lanka seller listing Cnines products dropshipped from China to worldwide.

2) Shipping worldwide means you sell internationally. Before you can sell internationally you must earn 10 feedback points as a seller and have been selling for 90 days.  You plunged right in selling worldwide when you were supposed to sell 10 items to your country before you started selling to other countries.

3) You were selling a  Disney brand product dropshipped from the Counterfeit Capital of the World. If you don't have a written licensing agreement  with Disney to sell their products then you shouldn't have been selling them. Selling unauthentic Disney products is copyright infringement, and a crime. Not just illegal on eBay but illegal everywhere.

I suspect you are banned indefinitely from selling. That is too bad because residents in Sri Lanka have an opportunity to improve the economy there.  If this is a temporary restriction and you're allowed to sell again don't  dropship from China. That makes China richer. Help Sri Lanka by selling products produced in Sri Lanka. Keep the money in SL instead of flowing to China.
