Multiple charges every time I revise a listing

I listed two items in 2 categories on 3/20/22. I was charged a .35 insertion fee when I listed them. I get charged .35 every time I revise the listings, even if I don't attempt to change anything. I contacted eBay on Facebook on 3/26 and they said it was a "glitch" and they're working on it.

I've been charged 17 times so far, so I contacted eBay on FB again today and asked when I would be credited for the overcharges and they said: 

"Looking in our database I do not see any new information regarding the fix for this issue just yet.~Kyle"

Judging from what I've read in the forum, this has been an unresolved "glitch" since at least 2017. I'm not sure what to do here, has anyone else had this issue and been able to get it resolved??

Sometimes there is an extra charge for listing in two categories.

It should show you if there is a charge right above the submit button.

Yes, thank you, there is a single .35 monthly insertion fee for listing in a second category. But there isn't a .35 "eBay revision fee".
