Multiple Attributes on 1 listing

I've tried putting 5 Attributes with variations on 1 listing, but after the the 4th or 5th attribute and variations are  completed and I click on the "update variations", the screen freezes and I get the "wait" or "exit page" message and then eventually the "Awe Snap" message. I've seen several other listings with multiple attributes and variations but it won't work for me. What am I doing wrong?

Try breaking it up and doing it in chunks. Get 1st and 2nd attribute squared away (or 1st 2nd & 3rd, whatever), then hit 'update variations', then scroll down and hit 'save and close' so it kicks you back out to the regular edit listing page. Then go back into the variations editing thing and add the next attribute, hit the 'update variations' again, hit the 'save and close' again, and rinse/repeat until you get all 5 attributes in there. Alternatively, add all 5 attributes in one go, do the 'update variations > save and close' thing, and then come back in and start adding all the variations.
