First of all, both accounts are in good standing. 100% feedback. Have had some computer glitches on Ebays side, with overseas shipping, so I have some late shipping effecting seller performance. I do the work on multiple business accounts (same owner), because the items are so varied. I didn't think it was a good idea to put large equipment on with tiny collectibles, or vice versa. Here is the issue, that no one at Ebay can fix. I have HOURS/DAYS into this issue and MULTIPLE calls in. My frustration is overwhelming, and taking way to much time. They are not allowing the owner of the account to have his drivers license on both accounts. They want me to put my driver's license on, and social security on the account. Then I will have issues on my account. The accounts ability to put things on Ebay has been shut down, and we are no longer able to list anything.
I have been told:
You can't have more than one account on Ebay.
Just put your license on the account, and worry about yours later.
Nothing can be done.
They would call me back, but no one does.
There are no supervisors.
The next person in line (higher) will say the same thing, and they don't want to talk to me.
They are transferring me to the right department, and I am either transferred to the beginning, or hung up on.
Nothing an be done.
I would like to add, I have never yelled or said anything bad, other than I am really frustrated.
