Multiple Account policy

We are allowed to make multiple accounts on Ebay with using different email address. 

but the Remaining details like NAME, PHONE NUMBER, ADDRESS and SSN will be same? 

Should we use any IP, VPN, PROXY?

Recently I made my second account on USA LLC and owner details was mine (used in 1st account)

My account permanently suspended. 

Kindly tell me a right way to make multiple accounts.

If you have one account that has some problems with Ebay, then they all will.  Ebay does link your accounts together.  It is a security thing.

This account (@beryl_shine ) is registered in Canada (registered address) so  you can't have a legitimate LLC account in the USA. That would be a violation of international tax laws and the USA Canada tax treaty. You can only be a resident of one country or the other one according to the tax treaty.

You can make as many accounts as you want, but you have to comply with Canada and USA law for all of them.
