How Can Connect Amazon MCF(Multi Channel Fullfilment)  And Ebay

I wanna use MCF

As long as they aren't selling an item on eBay, then buying it on Amazon and then shipping to the buyer that purchased it on eBay they are fine.  Its the re-selling of an item that is already being sold on another retailer and shipping from that retailer that is not permitted.
