Monthly Store Fee

Question: Has anyone else got a invoice for there store fee for September not August?  I tried to pay my August monthly fee and it told me "overpayment more than the amount due is not allowed." I haven't paid nothing since the July payment was made.

Ebay will not bill you for 1 month but that next month you get charged twice instead because of when you signed up for your yearly store. From what I was told they do a 11 month cycle and have to do billing that way. Same thing happens to me no charge in October then a double whammy the next month

I've been with Ebay for a long time and I don't ever remember this happening before all the changes this year. But Thanks for the answer, I'm glad I'm not the only one this happens too.
