Need some help guys so I made a sale on eBay after I had already sold my item on a different site (I forgot to take down my listing ) so I gave the guy a refund it says I’m negative that amount of money on my eBay and say his money is still on hold. On top of that I accidentally marked as shipped after I sent refund back. So if someone could please tell me what exactly I should do? Idk how to contact eBay.
