I’m new to selling and recently I sold an item 5 days ago (as of writing this) and the money still hasn’t hit my bank account. I know I input the right banking information because I got micro payouts of $0.01-0.99 but the full amount has yet to reach my account. Does it normally take this long to receive pay from eBay?? It says that my funds have been sent but I haven’t gotten anything?? Sold the item on Thursday and now it’s Tuesday and I haven’t received my pay, **bleep** is going on??

When you're new eBay usually releases funds in 14 days but they can hold funds for 21 to 30 days.

New sellers are subject to have their funds held for 14-30 days. It is to insure that the transaction went smoothly for the buyer. In the event of a return, the funds will be there to refund the buyer. This can explain:
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while we confirm that their items have been successfully delivered. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 14 days, although sometimes it may be longer.

Sold on a Thursday so Friday and Monday are business day 1 and business day 2. That is not even one business week. eBay most likely wants to make sure the buyer is completely satisfied and is not going to return to you.
