Is there any way you can convert all of that to English so that more of us here can understand it?

@powerinverter-it  This is a member-to-member discussion board.  We are not eBay employees, we are sellers just like you.  That said, we do not have the capability to help you get your refund.  However, if you can convert that page into English we may be able to help you understand what is happening based on our experiences otherwise you should call/contact customer service.

Did the buyer open a case for item not as described by seller?

This OP is supposedly registered in the US.

But each item seems to be coming from a different country, such as Germany, Taiwan, United Kindgdom, US.
