However, if you can convert that page into English we may be able to help you understand what is happening based on our experiences otherwise you should call/contact customer service.

Did the buyer open a case for item not as described by seller?

This OP is supposedly registered in the US.
But each item seems to be coming from a different country, such as Germany, Taiwan, United Kindgdom, US.
