Got a scare - customer asked about dress measurements. I went on the mobile site and by golly gosh no Item Specifics!
I’m only human, but still....
Went in using tha app and all the info was there!
This explains some wasted time answering questions now and then, but I wonder how many sales I’ve lost because crucial information was not there?

I just received a note from a well known poster that is no longer here but she still buys here regularly. She is so upset with the changes they are making to the app and said the following:
They are messing with the search again on the app, just FYI. and it’s not good. Went to do my usual search this morning, I’ve been searching “XXXX” which is the brand that makes XXXX . There are hundreds of thousands of results. I check multiple times a day so I’ve just been searching “XXXX” and not using any filter other than “newest first”. This morning I got zero results and it took me a few minutes to realize that search is now defaulting to “authorized sellers”. Once I removed that filter, the way the results are displayed differently, I used to get small thumb nails and could easily scroll though, looked just like the website. Now it’s a huge image and one listing takes up the whole screen!! There is no way to change it back to how it was. On the website there are different views you can choose, the app had the same feature up until today. So this stinks to high heaven! I am not going to scroll though a hundred new listings, it will take forever. Really not happy out this and I know it will affect sales.
Ebay can't leave well enough alone and because a few buyers may like the idea in a focus group - doesn't mean your long time shoppers like all these changes. They need to fix he problems that have existed for years and leave the site the same for a while. How often would any of us shop at a say grocery store - if every week we went in there - they had moved the item's location we frequently bought. Most people shop at the same grocery stores as they know where the items are - the same B&Ms as they know where the items are ect.. Change is often good - but we are creatures of habit and like some semblance of a normal consistent environment.
