Mobile friendly check even if I list on app?

Hello and thanks for any help. 

Most of my listinngs when bulk editing say 'make mobile friendly'. Should I still convert it to mobile friendly even though I listed the item on my mobile phone...?

how could any of my listings not be mobile friendly when I'm writing the descriptions and whatnot on my phone?

When I view my listed items on my app my listings look mobile friendly to me on my phone, but is it possible it looks different on other phones?
