Missing - Sell now button

When I open and listing the product of other seller, I miss the button - SELL NOW same product if I have the same. The button is show (below pictures).
What can I do to have that button? I just dont have the sell now button? pls answer i am trying to find a solution

I am able to "Have one to sell?  Sell now" .  Here is a picture of the button.  I am on a laptop so a phone / tablet view may differ.    THIS IS A CURRENT not a "sold" or "ended" listing.

How about that 'Sell one like this' (in blue) shown on the screen above? Have you pressed that?

When I change eBay site to UK I am able to see "Have on sell" sell it yourself button above pictures. But when I switch again to US eBay site, I can't see sell now button. Maybe something should be changed in account settings?
