3 days ago I sold one of my gaming account nearly 1500$. I have actually spent more than 2000$ in real money for this game. Payment was made by a buyer who had 600+ feedback score so I had no fear to send him my login information so I did within an hour. But following day I had received a mail saying it’s an unauthorized payment by buyer’s account. So what can I do for this matter now? Since I have sent all account details via eBay message product was actually sent even though it doesn’t have any tracking number. Do I have to refund the buyer soon? eBay hasn’t asked me to do anything yet and buyer is still hasn’t asked for a refund. If you guys have some idea regarding this matter please let me know. Many thanks!!!

Yes. And possibly paying another $20 for the chargeback.
I don't see that $1,500 transaction on your list of "sold listings" on the id you've used to post this comment, so I can't tell definitively what the problem was. I'm guessing several things come into play with this transaction.
That's about all I can come up with right this moment, but it all adds up to the fact that you will be refunding the buyer shortly, and, as I said, possibly being charged another $20.

@futureoptionslk
Since you can't sell game accounts, the buyer will be asking for a refund once they close that account.

Hi, i wish i had better news for you. Since the issue is an unauthorized payment, there is little that can be done to fix or head-off the looming problem.
Below is a link to the Digitally Delivered Goods policy. There are quite a few hoops to jump thru in order to sell digital goods on eBay. A seller must be pre-approved, or else the digital item can only be listed In the required category within those stated guidelines. (There isn't a $1500 sale shown under this username, unless you meant the buyer bought all the expensive game listings seen in your Completed's?) Sadly, upon review, your digital listings appear to have multiple violations of the policy. This leaves you in a tenuous position.
There is no way to get your item back since it was emailed to the buyer. Then, if the charge-back goes thru in your buyer's favor, you will also lose the payment money.
One other note--you have selected No Refund terms on your digital goods, which is your right, of course. This leaves a way open for your buyer to force a refund: via a charge-back (not saying your buyer is fraudulent, there is not enough info for me to know), but it's true that correctly-listed digital goods on eBay are not covered by the Money Back Guarantee. The digital-item seller is protected from an Item Not Received or Not As Described claim. But charge-backs don't fall under this purview.
My suggestion is to study the policy shown below and bring your current active listings into compliance. Gaming isn't my area, so I'm not qualified to say your specific digital goods are not allowed to be listed here. (But they probably aren't.)
Good luck to you, and hope this all shakes out in your favor.
