Hi-
I've been doing sports memorabilia "auction breaks" where not everyone receives an items for the team they purchase. How can I free up my paypal funds sooner? They are marked as on hold. Thanks!!
I marked the items all as shipped and left feedback for all buyers.

Are you shipping your items with TRACKING? PAYPAL WILL RELEASE ANY HOLDS ON YOUR PAYMENT WHEN TRACKING SHOWS delivered.

Obviously not, he has many items sold for .99c shipped.

I don't know if this has anything to do with why your payments are on hold. But I don't think those breaks listings are even allowed on eBay.
And if they are not considered a choice or a chance (ie, similar to raffle) listing, then they are at best a SNAD magnet. (Significantly Not As Described claim)
Even if your money is released quickly or instantly, you may not be holding onto it for long if complaints start to come in because you are not clearly describing what the buyer will receive. Disclaimers that buyers must read and understand your auction terms will not protect you.

I agree, those "breaks" sound like a prohibited chance listing. Here's the policy, which specifically mentions "box breaks":
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/chance-listings-policy?id=4311
The policy on the release of held funds states that funds become available "7 days after the latest estimated delivery date, if you don't upload tracking information, but you mark the item as shipped in My eBay ".
The OP said that they had marked the items as shipped, so the funds should be released in 7 days.

Wouldn't it be 21 days, unless the buyer leaves feedback(and possibly answers 'Yes' to if it was received on time)?

No.
I quoted the current policy and provided a link to it. I don't know how to be more clear or persuasive.

You are correct. My bad. 7 days after the last ETD if marked as shipped.
I've never had a hold, and never shipped without tracking, so I didn't look. I only went by what I remembered. That's what I get for not reading the link.
