I have a member that has contacted me 4 times with double my bid offers if I contact them via text message. I know its a scam and turned it into Ebay but the messages keep coming on each new listing I put up... Ebay rep told me the person would be removed promtly and they are still making offers 3 weeks later,.... I got 2 big offers in 2 days ( its like something listed for 100.00 they offer 200. or 250.00 , I am starting to wonder if its Ebays own design test to see who is selling off site, sorry to be so suspicious but why else would they not remove them when ive complained multiple times and been told it is taken care of ? Grrrrrr....
also on each message it shows them as having a different location , how is it they are allowed to change thier location every day ? (I mean know its not physical where they are but isnt there some rule about changing your address multiple times) ?
