Mb key programmer

Hi all

I sold a mb key programmer I bought for £2500 for £1800 on ebay

Buyer wants to return item 3 weeks later saying it's defective

He said  parts of software is missing even though manufacture website says its still under development 

I asked him to return it on the second day he had it but he didn't

I'm now waiting to see what gets returned to me today

As for paypal 180 days refund it's ridiculous

Any time a buyer opens a return stating that the item is damaged or defective, no matter whether they are being truthful or not, eBay requires you to either accept the return and refund their payment when you get the item back, or you can refund and let them keep the item. 

If your buyer opened the case with Paypal, the buyer has to pay the return shipping. 

Your buyer might not return the programmer.  But if he does, you are stuck with the refund.
