Marking Ended Item as Sold

I am new to eBay and I have a buyer through eBay that wants me to send him an invoice for a lump sum item.  I am having a hard time finding out what I need to do next when I end the listing to get an invoice sent out or even mark the item as sold.  In the listing I have a total of 26 sold and they are buying all 26.  Any help is appreciated.

Is it sold?

Buyer needs to pay before seller does anything.

I hope it's not that $1500. up for sale...I would not sell something like that as a new seller.

eBay sends an invoice when a winner is declared. Otherwise, I could send you an invoice for a random item I have listed. 

You are new, this person is testing you. 
Stop communicating with them. Do not give them your email or phone number.

If you want to sell them, don't end the listing.

Sounds like the buyer wants you to send an invoice with combined shipping.

just so I am on the same page with you...

you sold multiple of the same items (I notice you have "More than 10" of each of your listed items)...

1 buyer wants 26....

so, they put 26 in the box, and go to their cart...they click "request invoice" from the cart

They then would request a total from you (determine the cost for shipping with the calculator)

you reply with an invoice that will be generated when you figure the shipping...

the alternate way is to create a special listing for 26 for this buyer with the proper shipping already figured out in the listing......

regardless of how you proceed, do it all within ebay....do not trust email, just ebay message (from ebay)

it will tell you when its paid

when to ship

and who to ship it to...

Just follow the procedures outlined in the help pages

Do not end anything, the buyer needs to purchase or as said above, place in their cart and request total.  You will not be marking anything sold...eBay does that when the item is actually sold & paid for via ebay
