This happened to me a second time. And both times the system created discount more than -90%, despite the fact that it allowing to select maximum -80% off. Also, I never creating sale events more than 30-35%
When I had this issue at the first, I noticed about issue only when a buyer bought such item (ofcourse, with such discount). I immediately call eBay and tried to get explanations, but after a long waiting on the line, manager said that he will forward this issue to tech support. And I still didn't get any explanation what happened. Recently I got this issue again, and fortunately I noticed about it before someone did a purchase. First go I removed this item from sale event. However now I would like to know what happened and how to prevent it in future. Hope for your help. Thank you in advance
