Markdown Not Working

Just wondered if anyone else is having a problem with markdown manager.

It worked maybe like 30 days ago for me

My promotions say that they start but when items are viewed no discount has been applied.

I remember having the issue when you used to have them listed for 14 days before putting on sale.

Are there some new rules I have missed?

I'm also having an issue when I put the entire store on sale with only one rule to exempt items under $15. The sale is on but the exemption did not work.  I had to go back and manually remove certain items from the sale. It worked but needless to say, it was very time-consuming.

We started a promotion sale today and usually do one where we "select" the items and it worked just fine??

Are you selecting the items individually or trying to do your entire store at one time?

Have you tried logging out and then back in?  Had to do that today to get several items relisted.

I started one last night & it worked fine, though I only did 1 category, not my whole store.

From time to time I'll start a markdown sale and it won't "take" for lack of another word.  I cancel it and try again.  I haven't figured out why this happens, but also sometimes there's a long lag before it activates, even if I have it set for immediate start. Sometimes I wonder if the site is having high traffic.
