Markdown Manager Discount Levels

I want to set up a Valentines Day sale that has 3 tiers: 5%, 10%, and 15% off.

When I put 5% in as the first level, it won't allow me to put in any more levels at all. "Add another discount level" is greyed out.  (This applies to 6-9% discounts also.)

If I put 10% in as the first level, it won't allow anything below 10% as another level.  Same with anything 11% or above, the lowest discount I can set is 10%. Smiley Frustrated

I know I could set them up as separate sales, but then I lose the "Save up to 15% off ..." on anything that is 5% off, which is the majority of my low priced jewelry. confounded

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Nope.  There is no way to do what you want.

A multi-tiered sale can't have a tier that's less than 10%.

The week before Christmas I really wanted a 7% off tier for brand new items that I wasn't quite ready to run on sale, but wanted to possibly encourage impulse buys as part of the bigger sale, but it wasn't possible.  I ran a separate 7% off MM sale which resulted in one $13.95 sale

I was afraid I was going to hear that! I wonder if it's a glitch or if it's designed that way. If it's designed that way, it's pretty darn stupid! Smiley Wink
