Sellers, Merry Christmas! Please be careful right now if you are going to create any new Markdown Manager Sales. I have been selling for many years (23 yrs) and I went right now to start a new sale as I usually do after 45 days of the markdown expiring and then I went back to check my listings as I always do and something was very, very wrong with their software, as it was practically giving all my items away for almost free and mostly leaving off the first number in the price. No matter what I did afterwards to edit the prices, cancel the markup manager, nothing was working, nothing would take, a complete lockdown of not letting me do anything, some very bad technical problem. This has never, ever happened before! I use it all the time. I had to put the store on vacation, but even that would not take affect until 7pm tonight and my luck within 2 min a customer bought 3 items and had to cancel all 3 items. No customer service period until tomorrow morning. Forget the automated chat, they just refer you back for tomorrow. My final option was just to delete all 1270 plus listings as it would not even let me manually edit the prices to any amount period! Wow! I felt like I just had some kind of a mini heart attack for about 10 minutes.
