Managed payment verification

Hey y’all I was asked by eBay to re verify my bank details via statement. I provided them the statements and waited then it said they sent me an email and to check my email for whatever the next step. My problem being is they never sent me an email other than the normal order confirmation when someone bought an item. Is this normal I have a fair bit in my eBay account and my scheduled payouts are Tuesday (tomorrow) how can I get that email? Thanks!

I would call eBay.  I would not give any info to an email.  If the message is on your eBay messages also, then it is eBay.  I still would call.
