"No returns" unless the item is damaged is fairly easy to understand. But you still get high maintenance crybabies that get too giddy when they see an item they want and fail to read the terms, description, and look at the pics closely. Then they come up with stories that "experts" that they know found a reason it should be returned like "you paid too much." Apparently making any kind of a profit on ebaby (yes ebaby) is prohibited!

Sometimes we must remind ourselves those customers are exceptions.
Some sellers block those types immediately.
If you have a blue bottle and someone asks what color it is, block them, as if they are a problem before the sale, odds are very good they will be a problem during and after the sale - margins are too thin for high maintenance customers, for many, not all sellers.
Pictures are critical, and I don't think yours are bad, I do think they could be better. Use a less complex background - I buy big rolls of butcher paper and use it as a white backdrop. Allows the customers to focus on nothing but the item itself.
Don't let the exceptions cause you too much anguish, they bother me still, but manage them best you can - and blocking them is managing them.
Good selling!

so you're upset that the buyers don't read and understand your listings?
When at the same time you have not read and do not understand the eBay user agreement? The money back guarantee is spelled out for you, and you agreed to it all when you scrolled to the bottom and clicked the "I agree" at the bottom without reading.........
eBay makes it very clear that a "no returns" policy cannot be enforced and that you are required to follow the eBay policies as set out by eBay.....
Yeah, I too get frustrated when people don't read.

Yes, returns are just part of doing business. If a seller is going to sell items then they must be prepared for returns. No different than any B&M store. I allow returns for any reason as sellers should. What irratates me is Ebay taking something that is honest and fair and using it as a defect against sellers. It is a good and fair business practice not a defect! In this instance I believe Ebay knows there will be returns and is using it for self gratification! So far since becoming a seller this and promoting theft through returns, in the same category, is the only bad feature I have found wrong with the site. 🤔😏

no returns does not mean no refunds

You really leave them no choice because you do not offer returns on your items. But, that doesn't give them the right to abuse the MBG system, either.
So, make sure you accept the return and do not refund until you have the item back. THEN YOU REPORT THE BUYER FOR MISUSING RETURNS AND FOR MISUSING THE MBG. Buyers are only allowed so many reports before they're on the radar and could possibly lose their MBG privilege, and their buying power - and just a few more gets them removed from the site completely.
Ebay has many ways to make sure a seller is operating above the line, but the only way ebay knows if buyers are unethical is if they are reported by sellers who were ripped off. Too many of them get away with this behavior because nobody knows to report them. They would not hesitate to report you if they thought for a second that they are being scammed. Likewise, do the same.
