Hello, is there a ban on selling NFL actions figures? Is see lots of past Madden NFL McFarlane's for sale but no presales on the new figures coming out next month. Any thoughts?
I believe that eBay still limits pre-sales to no more than 30 days before the item actually becomes avalialble. If I'm right and the figs won't be released until late July, then it would be a policy violation to pre-sell them now.
