MC011 - Requesting proof of invoice for items purchased

Hi,

Last week i was hit with a MC011, It started of as a periodic pay review.

They asked for my proof of purchase - (NOTE: This documentation must show your suppliers' information, items purchased, quantity purchased, price per unit and your payment information.)

All the items i sell have been brought from sites such as Vinted which doesnt provide me with this information. I have sent them my order history from Vinted as well as CC Statments so they can be aligned, All eBay do is send me the same message. I cant speak to anyone as its dealt with by an internal office.

Any advice?

Can you provide the text of the message you received from eBay?

My understanding from what I have read on these forums is that an MC011 is a permanent ban.  Your listings are still up, but for how long is unclear.  I reckon eBay suspects that your Rolex merchandise may not be authentic.

Not sure what you can do other than wait and look for another platform on which to sell.
