MC011 I got over it but there's something I don't understand

I was asked for a bank statement, proof of identity, and a commercial record

I sent it and it was approved.

After that, I was asked to purchase invoices for products from suppliers, I sent the invoices and it was approved, all orders I upload their tracking number.

Now the eBay team has sent this message to me
I don't understand it, please help me:

Selling digital items and drop shipping from the US will always raise red flags. Digital items must be approved and most seldom are not.

  I don't see a good outcome given what you were selling.  Asking people to "join your club" may display you were doing business off of the Ebay platform and is usually grounds for suspension.  Another red flag.  You haven't even been a seller for 3 months and now it appears you won't be selling anymore.

     You are selling digital items and until recently you were doing so out of Yemen, the most recent sales indicate the items were out of Katy, Texas. Since there is no physical shipping involved with the items you are selling this prompted eBay's investigation. The change in your address may have triggered something internal to eBay or they may feel you are in violation of the digital items policy.

     If you have a way to provide the proof of delivery they are asking for simply do so and this should clear up the problem provided you are in compliance with the policy. You do have buyer feedback you can provide them although the request is strange given they already have access to this.

I will explain it to you:

You are under investigation. This you agreed to by using eBay and its payment system.

This is done for multiple reasons such as potential for money laundering being one of the main ones.

selling stolen items (fencing operation etc),  and or just plain scamming folks out of money are others.

Give them what they ask for.  If you can not you will be restricted from selling.

These types of "clubs" are what spoil online gaming for legit players. 

Why do so many people think it's okay to cheat when playing games?   Online or otherwise.
