I didnt see anyone else talking about having a a problem with their selling volume but mine has dropped in the past few weeks to nothing from a very reasonable amount. I have a variety of items in my store and so can t quite figure it out. Is anyone else going through this? I feel like I have suddenly become invisible. I even got into connecting through Ebay s social media campaign along with my normal promotions. What is going on????

I have no clue who buys what you sell.
But I wonder if some of the people who buy your items are suffering from the credit card bills for their holiday purchases.
Consumer spending was up, credit card debt is up, credit card defaults are up.
Even for some people who are current on their payments, caution may be being shown.

There's all sorts of potential factors. I'm not gonna pick on any. I can tell you an emerging factor is Google among the myriads of others. Google due to cellphones and folks saying, "Buy Giant Stuffed Tiger" in their cellphones are met with many possibilities. More and more entities are jumping on the Google Shopping wagon as a comparative price engine whether paying Google or not I cannot say. But its a comer!

Busy sellers don't post about anything.
And some don't want to mention success in case it attracts attention from evil spirits.
How do your sales compare with January/February 2023? 2022? 2019? (We skip the pandemic surge years of 2020 and 2021 although Covid didn't actually hit until March) .
Remember those rolling stats only show the previous 31 days. Tomorrow they will show a different 31 days.
Compare month to month annually, not January to December, because there is an ebb and flow in retail that does repeat.
Although I did find having been in B&M retail for many years, that if you want to have a discussion with salesclerk, the best time is 2pm on Tuesdays. You will be the only one in the shop.

Hi @corgey22012
Go to your Active list and sort the Views column. Next, count how many items have (0) (1) and (2) Views.
Since early 2022 after some specific eBay changes mine have been 30-35% for (0) Views (that's in the last 30 days mind you) and the total for 0, 1 & 2 Viewed items between 50-60% ... although I did set a record recently where the total was 71%.
If it's only been a few weeks consider yourself fortunate. Try 2 years of slow steady decline with those View percentages mentioned above. I stopped using Promoted Listings in 4th quarter last year.

Mine has been steady, BUT it isn’t enough to operate a successful business.
