My performance rating is now below standard and I have until Nov. 20 to fix it
Problem is, I closed my store so I don't know why I should be punished for this. I have had no time to keep up to date and I keep getting reminders. I reopened my store just to improve my performance in the event I want to re-open in the future but my items are not getting any views. What do I do?

Your below standard rating has nothing to do with having a store subscription or not having one. Take a look at your seller dashboard. There are different areas that can result in being enrolled in final value fee punishment camp (below standard). The only way to get out is to increase sales. Unfortunately, your listings are likely lowered in search results, making it even more difficult.

So is there any recommendations to get more views? None of items have gotten any views since they put me on probation.

Every seller is evaluated on the 20th, whether they have a store or not. I'd offer that your products (cosmetics being a 'want' and not a 'need') are just slow sellers right now.
You make a statement that your items are "not getting any views", so I wonder if you're aware that the View count has changed (since your August sales, I think...) so that sellers only see human views now... no more bot views. This would make your count lower. A lot lower.
Also, I don't think that subscribing again to a store will improve your performance. (I'd welcome a correction, if that is not good information.) Sometimes buying a subscription is simply chasing good money after bad.
For now, focus on bringing up the bad metric(s) on your Seller Dashboard. Good luck to you moving forward.
