"Local Pick up" and "Cash on Pick up" are stated in my business policies and in EVERY one of my listings...yet, these transactions are STILL showing up as "tracking defects" (Item not shipped) on my performance review. I have called Ebay several times and, after being transferred and transferred again, been told TWICE that the problem would be corrected "in 72 hours." It has not and not my "Top Rated Status" is in jeopardy. I received one snarky voicemail from a "supervisor" who did not leave her contact information. What should I do from here? Thanks, Deano

When someone asks for local pickup, send an invoice for local pickup ONLY - no shipping options. That gets rid of the tracking upload problem.
But I see larger problems - I'm in PA, I see shipping charges on the search screen, however, Local Pickup is the ONLY option I can see under the Shipping tab(and on the listing itself). There are no shipping options or charges listed.
I guess they need to fine-tune their change in showing shipping options to buyers .............

Once again CS is clueless. It's not an error, there's nothing for anyone to correct.
Tracking uploaded and validated for 95% or more of your transactions is a requirement to be a TRS. There's no way around it, other than to stop local pickups.

You need to change your settings. If you have items that you truly want to sell ONLY with local pickup, sell them under a different ID. Use your main ID for items you are going to ship. As stated above, you MUST have tracking to maintain your TRS status.
