A new buyer just placed an order for a $13 action figure and they added a note that says "Entre calles las piedras y lo orozco".
Google translate says the message is in Spanish and the English translation is "Between streets the stones and I pray it".
This might be the most confused I've ever been on eBay. Can anyone decipher?

Translation "between Las Piedras and Orozco streets"
(I would write that on the package...could be hard to find location).

An appropriate response:
¿Qué?
or
¿Eh?

Oh, quick question - should I write it on the package in English or the way the buyer wrote it in Spanish?

@popblox I'm Cuban and this is Spanish. It says-- Between streets Las Pierdras and The Orozco.
That sounds like directions but there is no reason for the buyer to provide directions as you are shipping and not delivering. I've never heard this phrase otherwise so I don't think this is slang for anything else. I'm just as confused as you are. I'm presuming this is a domestic address?
I suggest you respond with the following--
Lo siento, pero no entiendo tu mensaje. Puede usted explicar por favor?
Which translates to-
I'm sorry but I don't understand your message. Can you please explain?
You can write any response here or send me a PM and I'll gladly assist.

Thank you for the assist @lamber9347! Turns out they're in Chile (I don't know if that matters).
Since the buyer sent it as a note with the order (haven't received any actual messages from them yet), can you tell me how to say: "Thank you for your order! I got your note, but I don't understand what it means, can you please explain?"

I would write it in both English and Spanish (exactly as they wrote it). Even if they have USA address (could be using a freight forwarder overseas).

Thank you @lamber9347 - I sent them that message and they said: "Hola. Que nota? Será la referencia de la dirección?". Ok so how should I reply to that?
Thank you again, you're a lifesaver!

If you only sell domestically you should be aware that a lot of foreign buyers will use freight forwarders to get around that restriction. I sell internationally but have blocked several countries due to the high level of scamming and fraud. When I have buyers trying to bypass the restrictions I simply cancel the sale due to problem with buyers address.
Your item has a pretty low value so this is probably not a scammer but you cannot be 100% sure.

@popblox > Google Translation > Search Bar > "English to Spanish" >Enter > At top of page results google provides a translation box right there... and it's pretty good on accuracy.
As for the buyers message, sounds like they are wanting local pickup? Lol... I would say sure, that would be an extra 4K for my plane ticket to and back 😆 - good luck.

Google translate usually works enough for me to at least get the gist, but it was not my friend today 😫
