Has anyone had a problem with their location being changed from the usa to china and unable to get it changed back?

Since managed payments went in to play, eBay does not allow people to make certain country changes. One of those restrictions is changing the registration address from China to the US. eBay's advice is to create a new account.

If your location was changed to China and you're not the one that changed it, then your account was likely hacked and you should take protective measures.

I have been an eBay member for over 20 years and for some reason in the last 2 years my location was changed to china. I have been on the phone with eBay multiple times for lots of minutes and they say they can’t fix it. Tried creating 2 other accounts soo i could go ahead and sell and those accounts were both suspended as soon as i tried to list something for sale. And they won’t unsuspend them.
also they want me to do a payoneer account and won’t give me any other options like connecting my bank account. Can anyone help? The last time i talked to a support person they said find another selling venue that they are unable to help me. I am seriously thinking about filling a law suit for discrimination.

I noticed you have no active listings, no sold/completed listings visible, and have not received feedback comments as a seller for over a year. Have you recently signed up for eBay's Managed Payments system, as suggested by the previous poster?

Soo you would recommend closing the china account? The one that has my 20+ years of service and my positive reviews on it?

Read more about changing location here@mammyp1.

As another poster suggested, eBay's social media CS team may be the most helpful with getting one of the new accounts activated.

Here is the solution. Click on close account then click on contact support. They will call you back.  She changed it within 20 minutes. If i had known this solution i would not be having all these problems. And the problems are not over. This has been going on for over a month.
