I have some large pieces and am wondering if I can still list them as 'Local Pick Up Only'??
Also, what issues are there in today's world doing the local pick up thing??

If so I'm probably out as I don't use my phone enough to know how.
I believe you can type in the 6 digit code that the buyer gets in a email they are associated with the QR code You will need the buyer to bring that.
if I am mistaken someone will chime in.

Yes you can list with local pick up.
The only issue I know of is the buyer needs to bring the QR code for the seller to scan to prove delivery, if the QR code doesn’t get scanned the seller has no proof and can lose an INR case.

Do you need a 'smart phone' for that?

Thank you So Much, ebooksdiva for the great help! I really need to 'declutter' but am concerned about trying to package & ship 2 pieces, {NTF Bronze sculptures}, as they are already very heavy.

No, you're correct. The Help Article about it currently doesn't say that, but you have been able to enter the 6 digit code on the eBay website from a computer for a while now.

Cash for a local pickup is the best way to go. Otherwise, the buyer can make all sorts of claims after picking up, and remember, eBay always sides with the buyer. Usually automatically using a bot.

Thank you so much tools* for the heads up!
How can I list an item though, and still do the 'cash' payment?

I don't do Social Media and Craigs is now a waste of time.
