I currently have 4 listings that recently sold still showing as current. Anyone else having this issue? What can I do about it? Thank you.

We'd need more info and/or item numbers to diagnose @tdozierart . Could be:
- You had duplicate listings and the originals ended while the duplicates are still active.
- You accepted offers which are now in pending status while the listing remains active and available to everybody until/unless the buyer pays for the offer.
- You accidentally listed as multi-quantity.
- You have the out of stock setting turned on. That keeps listings active when they're sold out, but the quantity is 0, nobody can buy them, and they are hidden in search. Turn that setting off here:

I don't have an answer but wanted to say that the same thing has happened to me. Most I have caught but one got through and sold a second time. I had to cancel that sale because it was no longer available and wound up with a defect because it was obviously out of stock. I am currently having the issue on listing that I ended and some, not all, are appearing in active listings. It's so frustrating.

Did you accept a best offer on any of these items? Has that person paid you yet? If they haven't it's still going to be available to others until payment is made. By the way, cute shop!

Bingo! It was the out of stock setting. I turned it off and will check to make sure that did the trick. Thank you!

I figured @tdozierart . Turning the setting off will apply to future sold listings. Any that were still listed as out of stock you will have to either manually end or leave them alone and they will automatically end on their monthly renewal date.
