I sell yowie figures of endangered animals. I am trying to redo a listing I had last year for one. I thought I had sold out of this one and found more in my storage. The one I was redoing is one for Ivory-billed Woodpecker. I don't know how to get around this. I get this error message:
It looks like there's a problem with this listing.
- Alert
Because of various international trade restrictions and treaties banning the sale of ivory, we don't allow listings for items made from or containing any kind of ivory.
But you can offer manufactured items with ivory inlay like antique furniture or musical instruments that have a small amount of ivory (less than 5 percent) and that were made before the year 1900. To list these items, your listing will need to include a picture of your product and a clear and prominent disclaimer that says when it was made, and you can only offer domestic shipping.
Make sure your listing follows these guidelines. If it doesn't, it may be removed, and your buying and selling privileges could be restricted.

Got it fixed. Just had to change the shipping. My items all have where can be shipped internationally but had to have this one not.

Does it have any ivory in the figure at all? If it does, is it less than 5%? You may have to contact Ebay directly to find out how to best list your item if it doesn't in fact violate the policy.

The item itself has no ivory at all. It's a bird that has "ivory" in the name of the species.

You can try 2 things -
1. Spell ivory wrong in the title (something like ivery or ivoree) then explain in the description, without using the word ivory, that there is none and it's the name of the bird.
2. Try putting "Faux-Ivory-billed" in the title.

What are you trying to get around? It's a warning about selling ivory products. You got the warning because your title includes the word "ivory". If the item contains no ivory, I think you're fine.

Try and change the title to Campephilus Principalis Rare Woodpecker Yowie Figure?
