Listing not showing

My listing shows  active on My Ebay but when I go to search for it it can't be found. Even when i use the exact wording for the heading of the ad

not sure how to help, maybe call/message customer service? I just tried to see your listings but it told me you have zero listings. If you had others, did you try to find them? what is the title of your item? maybe one of us can try to locate it.

Did you pay for a "promoted" listing?
If not, you probably won't see it.
And neither will anybody else.

It sometimes can take up to 24 hours for a new listing to index and show up in Search results. If within that 24-hour window you revised the listing, it will go back to indexing and the clock starts over.

When did you launch the listing in question?

You may be giving the OP wrong information.

I don't pay for promoted listings.

I can see my items just fine, so can my customers.

Is the sale on another ID? I'm not seeing any previous sales in some time. Did you sign up for managed payments?
