Listing limits trouble

I've had this problem for over a month on three sites.  When you go to list or change prices or quantity you get the statement that you have reached your sale limit.  Called eBay about 12 times talked to representative they said many people are having this problem.  Upped sales limit still no solution.  Called again they are working on it.  Anyone else having this problem. Does eBay care?  Sell $50 K/month you would think they would care but can't seem to fix problem.

You have provided everything needed to sign up for managed payments I take it ?

I haven't seen any posts on the boards with this problem, other than the "New Seller" limits
