Everyone eventually gets restricted. It also depends how many items are listed in order to find those items. You don't really have a lot listed. The word "replica bills" might also be a problem to list. "Monopoly money" might have been a better word for a description. However, you are now notice so I would not relist items again.
The other problem is if someone tried to use your "replica bills" out there as real money. You can get in real trouble for selling those to the person and they use them.
